I really would like some advice on either creating a wet room or adding a shower tray to my fathers house now that age is getting the better of him.
All the work I will carry out. Just what do you guys think is best in this situation??
As you can see from the picture it would mean that the existing hole will get covered over completely (I am going to fill it in.. Or should I cap it off?)
The pictures coloured in red is where I see that the new tray waste. This is the problem I have once I remove the tiles this will reveal a concrete floor.
Now I can dig out the concrete and place one of these wet room kits??
Or should I go for a very shallow shower tray??
