I HAVE ERROR CODE C9 SHOWING AND HAVE REPLACED THE MOTOR BRUSHES. IT IS STILL SHOWING C9. HOW DO I RESET THE MACHINE PLEASE ? JOHN

C9 can mean more than just worn brushes. Posting the PNC number on the door sticker helps us to identify the model. AEG 72620 RESET isn't enough.
