Alarm code

Ok can anyone help
My girlfriend has moved into a new house with a guardall alarm system
It all works we think but we need to reset the alarm code as the Previous
Owners did not leave it, any ideas how to do it
Also the company guardall don't want to help as they just want her to join a yearly contract
Any ideas

We would have but don't know where they live now

Make sure you hang onto all their post as a bargaining chip.

If it is being redirected, send a letter to them at your current address. If you send it recorded delivery, the Post Office will tell you where they delivered it to.

Who was the installing company for the system?
As above post a picture as it could be quite a few different models.
