Alarm Problem

Hello,

Ive just moved into my new house and do not have the code for the alarm and 0123 does not work as original code stated in the user manual. The panel is an accenta mini,

does anyone know how reset to factory settings?

Is it not possible to contact the previous owners....?

Power down panel (mains and batt), fit a link between the latch terminal and the PA terminals, power back up, remove the link, job done. You will have to reprogram the whole panel though, as this will default everything.

Not at home until tomorrow so will give it a go.

I remember terminals PA but not latch. Will the terminals be marked up latch in the panel or something else?

probably latch.

latch is used for latcing detectors (or it should be)
