Got a solid Red light on a CB24 , we have replaced the diverter valve , the flow switch and recently the overheat stat to solve a new problem of a solid Red light. Boiler tries to fire, spark is there, but it won't start. Have cleaned the system and heat exchanger and pump is working.
Only thing we haven't checked is removing the pump , but you can hear the flow and it switches speeds ok.
Any other idea's? manual says pump or overheat stat, but both seem fine.
