Forbo also make a subfloor system for their Marmoleum lino.
It would save a few quid on drying times because there aren't any!!
Its a bit of pain for the floorlayer because he has to install 2 layers of the boards, twice as much cutting ahhh!
I am affraid you are wrong about the suitability of the Jumpax system.
The parquet would still have to be removed as the parquet would swell underneath the visquine sheet.
There are two solutions, 1 rip out whole floor and put in specified concrete floor with dpc, after drying time continue with smoothing compoun.
Solution 2 would be to remove parquet, bring level up to existing concrete, then use liquid DPM, prime and continue with smoothing compound over whole floor. You will find that (though I disagree with this) that Amtico does not honour their guarantee fitted onto a barrier membrane
