We should have hard labour camps for tw@ts like this.
16 hours work a day.
No alcohol, no fags, no tv, nothing but hard work.
Braking rocks with lump hammers, shovelling soil from one place to another, anything back breaking.
And no early release in any circumstances.
You do your time if you behave.
If you misbehave you get more time.
Second offence of this kind, you get 10 years and a permanent driving ban.
He will repeat his antics as soon as he's out.

I disagree breaking his bones means he has to be treated, be smart about this. Hard labour in the prison - make him work fixing potholes etc.

I agree with your sentiment - locking them up isnt't enough punishment .

Prisons are so full that criminals are being released early.
Psychical correction of anti social behaviour would maybe be more effective and a lot cheaper for the taxpayer.
