anti vandal paint

we are about to clean fascias at a school, trouble is they have anti vandal paint on them any ideas how to remove it

Probably something like white spirit would be best. Isn't anti-vandal paint more like coloured grease than paint?

get some cellouse tinner you can old stuff from a body repair shop

it will get it off.

Its like a non drying bitumen..white spirit or turps subs should shift it..nice messy job!!
