Phone around and get a quotes, don't use anyone that charges for 1/2 rates and plus machinary charge.

If you're brave enough, see if anyone has a set of rods you can borrow, put 4" Plunger on the end of one, (make sure its on tightly), and give the gully a vigorous plunge, and it'll probably clear.

I've pretty much spent most of the day on this, rods, plunger, pressure washer, caustic soda. My DIY skills are completely worn out

I used this just remember and cancell before the year is up, lad was at mine with the power cleaner and cctv camera for about 3 hours did a fantastic job and its buttons
