Hi, I'm having a problem with my washing machine.

Its flashing the code F-05. It won't empty or spin.

I've had the back off & relodged the ball, cleaned the pipes and it still won't work.

I notice under the kick board there is a filter, the cap will turn but won't come out..Is it supposed to?

Am literally tearing my hair out here as can't afford an expert to come out & look at it.

Yes it does turn but you have some coins jammed in there. , use a pair of pliers and twist it back and forwards half a turn till it releases it , it will unscrew and come out.

Thankyou so much. It took almost an hour to work it free but I'm now £1.74 & alot of dog hairs richer...

I'm running the first wash on it now so we'll see how it goes!
