Ariston A1637 Washing Machine - Locked up?

I have a 14 month old Ariston A1637 that has the mains indicator LED plus three of the programme lights flashing. If I switch the mains of and on again it makes a buzzing sound. It won't do anything else it's just stck like this as though there is somekind of programme error perhaps.
Can anyone shed any light urgently, is there a reset procedure?

first check the filter and see if anything is stuck in there ,if not what number lights are flashing1 and 3 2 and 4 etc
