Ariston combi A 24 MFFI

Hi,

Boiler is around 7 yrs old now.
Noticed recently the heating side is taking a lot longer to reach the desired room temperature, set on the Honeywell programmable thermostat controller.
Discovered the heating mode mode control knob on the boiler does not seem to function . The manual states that during adjustment between minimum and maximum , the LCD should flash, this should continue for a while followed by the central heating flow temperature, or the time if the room thermostat is off.
Unfortunately the display only shows the time ?
Could this be the cause of the low heat from the radiators ?
The boiler has been serviced at annual intervals by corgi registered engineer.

Heating efficiency depends on the boiler flow temperature. To get any further that needs to be measured.

Can you give more details on boiler model name?

Hi Tony,

The boiler is an Ariston Combi Model A 24 MFFI. This is the name on the manual supplied with the boiler. is there are other ID I can supply ?
