Asbestos in breeze blocks?

I cut a slot in a breezeblock wall a few years ago but the breezeblocks looked dark blue/gray colour and I have been worried that this may have been asbestos?

They were quite gritty and soft, I used an angle grinder so it made quite a lot of dust!

Apparently cinder blocks once contained asbestos. My (lay) understanding is that they contained one of the less dangerous types of asbestos.

Thank you for the link, from what I can remember it's like the one in the picture, maybe a bit darker in colour
