I sometimes wonder how many of us older timers are waiting for this to strike.....cut absolutely loads of asbestolux in my time, through a circular saw with no extraction

I used to service (asbestos) brakes, dust everywhere and never had a second thought..

Heard a story of someone my old man knows. His wife died from it, though she never worked with it, it was the dust off his overalls from work where she was exposed to it.

Shameful really how the stuff was used now knowing the risk.

Apparently 1 strand of asbestos in your lungs is enough to eventually trigger mesothelioma.If you dodge that,1 serious sunburn incident can cause skin cancer!.50%of population end up with cancer.I am prime candidate for the latter form...The joys.
