Attractive radiators

Does anyone know of any radiators which are more attractive than the bog standard white ones that you get from most suppliers, but not as expensive as the designer jobs that cost hundreds each?

Two solutions come to mind, one is to cover the radiators and have a perforated brass grille over the front, the other is cast iron radiators (though these tend to be expensive).

whats wrong with painting them? also why not put in a load of towel radiator style ones, different

designer radiators need not be expensive if you can stick to standard white
