Automatic bypass setting

Dear All

I have a worcester bosh 30CDI conventional boiler fitted into an open vented system. I have a "S" plan design. What setting should the automatic bypass be set to or how do work it out. Honeywell DU145

You may need to contact WB technical dept (08705 266241) for help as the boiler's installation manual does not give any flow information!
