Azura 360 & veritas 8 strobe fault

I have a veritas 8 with a RKP & a Azura 360 bell box. I wired it as the manual but the sounder permanently sounds & the strobe won't flash. I have taken the bell box down so I can test it next to the panel. I have linked the tamper switch out for the bellbox micro switch. I have tried another Azura 360 with the same problem. Any ideas please?

Tell us how you have it connected up. Have you got your neg hold off swapped with the switched neg?

Is a.b.c d. s, connected to a.b.c.d.s. ?

Have you got both the tampers closed?

I have on the panel red A(+12v) to A in the bell box, blue B(bell)in panel to B in bellbox, yellow C( tamp) to C in bellbox, black D(0V) to D in bellbox & green S(strobe) in S in bellbox.

All tampers are closed

And you have this on a short lead now?

Are BOTH the tampers closed?

And the LED`s are doing what?

The LEDs are alternating on the bellbox

So what are the LEDS doing are they flashing alternately?

And is it still on the flying lead?

Right now is it still ringing ?

Or only with a bell and strobe test?

Unfortunately it's my mothers house & I'm not there at the moment.

I just rings permanently when I power everything up & no strobe flashing!

Could have said from the start.

It sounds like the back tamper, if your sure the lid is down and screws in.
