Can anyone help what is the regs on plastic pipe near baxi blrs, a customer would like a new blr but plastic pipe is connected at least 200 mm of the boiler. which I am unable to change due to location. Was wondering if this would compromise the guaranty.

How old is the boiler? It probably doesn't have a guarantee!
I mean if I install a new boiler will the warrenty be ok if I leave the plastic pipe ware it is

I've seen 1, 1.5 and 2m quoted as a safe distance. For me this is only ever an issue if the boiler is at the highest point in a system but as already mentioned if it voids a guarantee then it needs to be dealt with.
I have had to create a loop before now to get the required distance
