Base Unit for built in dishwasher problem

I've bought a 2nd hand kitchen for my house I'm doing up. It fits perfect but we're one unit short. We'd like a built in dishwasher.

Has anyone got any suggestions to what we can do?

The kitchen came with a built in fridge which we wont be using, is there anyway to convert this unit to a dishwasher unit?

take the matching door off the fridge and fit it on the dishwasher.the dishwasher is not "built in", it fits between two units 605mm or so apart, the worktop fits over the units and dishwasher and the dishwasher is adsjusted so that it fits tight under the worktop, to stop it tipping when you open the door and pull out 2 heavy trays of dishes/crockery
