We've just noticed that our metal bath has started creaking when you stand at the plug hole end when having a shower. it creeks when you move your weight. Is there a danger it could crack if unchecked. Looks like all four legs are evenly distributed on the wooden floor.

Any ideas??

A metal bath wont crack, unless its a cast iron one.
Are you sure its not the floorboards, or the bath rubbing against something

You need a piece of wood to span the floorboards with the screw down bath feet on top of that. This should spread the load a bit. You will be surprised at the weight a bath has to take and I suspect the bath feet have slightly dented/depressed the floor boards, thereby creating slack, thus causing the slightest of movement. If you cant do that, screw down the feet again.
