my daughter is in a new house just over a year and recently has noticed that after having a bath the bath turns a colour light blue and her skin feels very rough she went to a supplier and asked what could be wrong as there is nothing wrong with the water, and was told the bath was faulty and to get on to the builder as there is a 12months guarantee .she looked at the guarantee and it is just over the 12 months and has no comeback against the builder any one know how to solve this problem

Speak to the builder anyway as he may be conscientious enough to want to help her.
