Bathroom Extractor fan isolator

Hi there
I'm about to install an extractor in a downstairs toilet. Do I need to have an isolator too?
If so the consumer unit is in there too - can this be used instead of an isolator switch?

Is there natural light, is it powered via the lighting circuit and is it a timed-overrun fan?
