All of a sudden, we now have to turn on our hot water taps full on ( and sometimes two taps) just to get the hot water to kick in, with or without the CH on. After reading previous topics and utilising my own mechanical common sense, I have come to the conclusion I need to replace the DHW diaphragm. After I've drained off the primary circuit, is it quite an easy operation or are there any pitfalls?
Should I also be ordering any other part whilst it's dismantled?

Thanks guys / girls??

Turn of the cold water feed tap under the boiler and run your hot water taps till they stop (Prety much instant) and your good to go my friend.

Just be aware however that on the instant its more likely to be the pin in the housing behind the diaphram rather than the diaphram itself.
