Hi
Our BAXI 105e boiler (3 years old) has over recent months required manually resetting due to flame failure.
Now, in the deepest darkest depths of bitter winterness no amount of resetting will get the flame to remain lit.
What happens is, I turn to the left to reset, then it seems to be firing up (can hear the usual click and whirring and the apparent ignition of the flame), but then it clicks off again, yellow light flashes above flame on bottom row of leds, and the red led flashes against the "flame-symbol-with-line-thru-it". This is indicating flame failure, to my knowledge.
Could it be that some type of thermistor device isnt working properly, and causing flame to switch off when it shouldnt ?
Hasn't been serviced since new 3 years ago.
Can anyone please advise what to do?
Many thanks
