Baxi Combi 105 HE

Hot water works upstairs in the bathroom but not in the kitchen.
And if you run the hot water upstairs it starts working down stairs.
Driving me mad
Any idea's

My Guess would be a small tear in the H/W diaphram the large one at the front on left hand side. Its easy to replace and involves no gas work,you can get them from parts centre or Ebay hope this helps Paul.
