Getting quite off topic as there explosions and peoples deaths caused by fumes from drain cleaners and other chemicals mixed purely because the plumber hasn't been told what was previously used, was lied to that nothing has been used or just plain ignorance to the fact the chemicals mixed create a reaction.
Then there are the none plumber related ones where the consumers just don't realise that mixing things can be devastating.
