does this boiler have a diverter valve fitted, because when you call for hot water only, the water also starts creeping to the radiators, there is no zone valve, well cant find one! and dont have any instructions for boiler. any suggestions

It doesn't have an inbuilt diverter valve. Somewhere on the system there must be either 2 zone valves or a mid position valve - unless of course, it's gravity fed DHW.
 
You have a primatic cylinder so its prob definite that you have a gravity system , so when you have drained it you have prob got some carp into the anti gravity valve

there are 4 pipes coming off the boiler, all 22mm even though it is a gravity dhw, pumped ch, i was wandering if there is a none return valve or something like this fitted on the ch flow, is this possible.
 
And there was me thinking the words ANTI GRAVITY valve would be a giveaway :rolleyes:
