beko hob problem

Hi Guys , need your help !!! i will try and expalin this the best i can !
im looking for a part for a beko hob , the nob sits onto a stick which then you can turn the nob to on or off , that stick is broken , the stick is connected to the connector ???, so i need to buy the connector part with the stick ,, my question is what s the proper name for this part and where can i get it ,, i dont have the serial number its worn away when i checked . its just a standard 4 plate hob ,, please any one help
