Bell and Strobe

Hi,
Had a new external alarm bell with strobe fitted a while back by a neighbour , who has now moved and taken instruction book with him - bell is working but no strobe! (never realised until recently!)
I only have 4 wires going to the box
Is there any way I can connect the bell and strobe in series?
The terminals in the box are:-
V+
V-
SW
R
ST
The connections at the moment
Yellow is wired to V-, Red is wired to V+, Black is wired to SW and Blue is Wired to R
