BELLING HOB- General questions

Thanks in advance for any replies. All replies great fully received.

- Has anyone out there had any dealings with belling appliance manufactures with regards to making a claim on the warranty? Only had the appliance 6 months and always feel like ill get fobbed off.

- whats the best line of approach when dealing with something like this?

- Im having a few problems with my belling ceramic hob, does anyone know of any typical problems which can happen with ceramic hobs? I just want to be well informed before I speak to them.

- when my hob when in use all the LED'S flash on and off when all the hobs are in use. is this repairable? Id rather have a new hob from belling than a rapair

Not sure but I think they have to have a chance to repair first before you get the offer of a new appliance
