I need to put up a mini greenhouse in the garden, this sort of thing...

... and I have enough spare paving slabs to put down for it to stand on.

What the simplest and easiest way of putting these slabs down ?. It doesn't need to be a permamnent solution, so do I just...

# Take the turf off.
# Remove any topsoil to the depth of the slab, level off.
# Place down some sort of weed preventing membrane.
# Lay slabs directly on top of membrane.

... is that ok or should I do anything else ? (I've a spare bag of sand if that's any help).

(You can probably see that I don't want to spend any money here ;) )

My Grandad had one of those small greenhouses in the garden. his was placed on small stone chippings and he also fixed it to the fence to stop it blowing over in the wind. I hope that helps.
