Best way to plumb and then control our new heating & hot water system in old house...

Update - the system has been in for a while and so far all working fine. We ended up with:
  • ATAG system boiler & unvented cylinder
  • Heatmiser NeoStat system with remote thimble sensors in each room, stats all located in services cupboard
  • First Manifold to downstairs underfloor heating
  • Second Manifold to upstairs radiators
It was running for the end of winter so the system will get its first proper test this winter coming...

One thing we have noticed... our stats are all hidden out of sight so we put the Heatmiser NeoUltra in the kitchen so we can control the whole house from there. In reality we just use our phone to control everything as the *new* android app makes it very easy to have full control of every room with a swipe of your thumb!
