Please help. My betacom 30 wont light when you switch boiler on it clicks instead then red light. But if i run hot water the boiler lights up then switch heating on for 30 seconds it stays on. Losing pressure as well. Any ideas please.

Losing pressure is caused by a leak. Could be anywhere including the boiler PRV.
Clicking and not igniting may be a gas related problem which we dont advise on here for DIY repairs.
Presumably it has not been properly serviced for a long time?
