I am new to this forum and any help would be much appreciated.
I have a biasi 24s Combination boiler that is 5 years old now, and over the last few years, I have been having a problem with the dhw.
The Central heating side is working fine.
When trying to adjust the temperature control on the boiler for the DHW, it has no effect, (water is not getting hotter or colder).
The boiler fires up when Hot tap is turned on and stays on whilst in use, however, sometimes the water is only warm, sometimes its really hot, and most of the time it runs hot and cold alternating.
Does anyone know what is wrong with the boiler?
