hi can anybody help me i have a biasi riva compact he which wasnt installed to long ago when i tried the hot water tap today the boiler fires up but the water stays luke warm then after about 10 seconds the boiler cuts out i noticed that the tempreature gauge goes up to about 75 as well any help would be most appreciated

classic blocked plate heat exchanger syndrome .
basically your boiler has been installed on a dirty system which in turn has fouled up the water way inside your boiler. it is classed as installation fault. btw how much did you pay for it to be installed and was the installer corgi reg'ed?
