Birds in new cavity

Hi all
I have just had the windows installed in my new block built house. The roof has been on for a few months now and birds have built nests in the cavity. It is a 100mm wide cavity with no insulation.

Any idea how to get the birds out?

And get the nests out?

That's where the cat comes in. It's not so much that they can't be caught and prosecuted, but more that the trial at court is difficult.

If you can see the nest and access it, you could try the NSPCA/NSPCC. It may sound far fetched but they may well send someone over to have a look and maybe take the birds away for you.

Are you suggesting they could end a small child round to climb down the cavity? Surely that kind of thin isn't allowed these days and isn't that kind of thing what they stand against?

Lol.... no if they can see the nest and reach it, they may well remove it for Roncon
