Bleeding a towel radiator

Does anyone know how to bleed the valve on this towel radiator (pic attached).

It’s only heating up just over half way but I’ve no idea how to bleed this - this is the only obvious place for a bleed valve.

Does the little plastic cap come off?

Any help gratefully received!

It’s not something I’ve seen before, looks like the plastic cap does come out, have you checked the other end, is that just a a blanking plug?
 
Yeah, the other side is just solid and there’s only the usual valves at the bottom.

I’ll have a go at trying to get the plastic cap off and see if there’s a bleed valve hiding.

Think it's one of them auto bleed valves so probley needs changing
