Hello,
I want to board some of my loft so I can use it for storage. I have two kids and we have lots of things like bags of old clothes, boxes of toys etc.
Unlike my previous home our new house has a sloping ceiling, and therefore sloping (downwards) ceiling joists (if that is the proper name for them). There are some other joists in the loft supporting the role that slope up.
My question is can I attached board on the joists sloping up or I can do board the ones sloping down, or neither?
Photos are attached.
