Boiler changeover, powerflush or system cleaner

Replacing a std boiler with a combi. No problems on the rads or pipework (some is microbore)

Does the system need a powerflush before fitting the new boiler, or is a flush sufficient. Is it better to flush whilst the old boiler is fitted, or after the new one is in?

If a chemical flush, what additive is recommended? i.e deposit remover, X800, X400 or X300
