Hi All.
I have a Potterton Suprima HE condensing boiler.
I fired it up yesterday after coming back from holiday so its been out of use for 20 days.
I have noticed a leak from a blanked pipe (yellow in colour) on the right handside of the condesate pipework that goes outside to the drain.
I believe its the drain plug!!!
It does not drip when the hot water is heating just when the central heating kicks in.
Also a reasonable amount of hot air is discharging from it (is this normal)?
Is this a common fault easily rectified by myself or should I call in a engineer?
Any help appreciated.

turn it OFF, the hot air is iin fact fumes from the combustion of the gas - Carbon monoxide may well be being produced and entering your home
