Boiler in new-house (Worcester Junior 28i)

Hello

My wife and I have recently bought a new house but not yet moved in so haven't spent much time there, however, I've been there on a couple of separate occasions and tried to run the boiler - a Worcester Junior 28i - which fires up OK but seems to cut out and require resetting; press the flashing orange reset button and it's OK for a bit but soon cuts out again.

Not being familiar with the boiler I'm not sure if it's something and nothing or something I'm doing wrong. Don't really want to call an engineer unless I have to!

Any advice appreciated.

I don't understand why not? Getting a qualified engineer to resolve the issue is surly better route than getting advice from a forum of speculative points of view suggesting you should tinker with something you have no clue what further damage you may do.
