boiler keeps tripping out no water in system

I put sludge cleaner in system now the boiler wont work, all radiators have water in them except the one at the top of the stairs.

I have drained and refilled the system but still no luck the boiler will not fire up.

what boiler is it, it has probably tripped on the overheat

its a potterton profile. What i really want to know is why water is not getting to the boiler. could it be the pump

Air can stop the water getting round, so you shouldn't fire the boiler until the pump's wet and happy. Unscrew big screw and insert screwdriver to check it's spinning.
Reset button on a Profile is up underneath. Put your finger through the hole which looks about the right size...

pressed reset lasted longer but cut out again cant check pump properly because of location
