Boiler lights but not hot water

I've currently got an old Ravenheat 820/20 which has been working fine. We had a new fuse board installed today and the electric was off for a while. Came home and relit the pilot and the boiler fires up and gets warm but the water just comes through as cold. Tried the heating as well and the radiators do not get hot either. Do you think the electricians or electrical problems have caused the boiler to give up or is it something simpler which I may be missing. I've never had this problem before today.

Try checking the pump to see if it has stuck. I cannot think of anything the sparks could have done to cause a fault that affects the dhw.

Thanks. Not sure what had happened but it is now working. Very strange. Thankfully this piece of junk is going in a few months.
