Boilers playing tricks on me

I have a worcester 24 Junior boiler. been install 11months now.

Sometimes the boiler decides not to give me hot water, and the alarm light flashes after a quick reset all is ok.

now the boiler is deciding when it should have the rads on, even though the setting is set to be on.. I can hear the boilder working, but no pilot light is on.

What could be causing this do you think.

Probably need another PRV as it is supposed to open at 3 bar.
Pressure vessel may need attention too if your pressure is rising that high.
Call someone in.
