sorry,another quick question,,,, under 17th regs if room rcd then is bonding needed ? if whole instulation rcd is it needed?( ok thats 2!)

You need to make your question a little clearer.
if the electrics in the bathroom are protected by rcd for added protection does all the pipe work need to be supplement bonded, and to the cpc of said electrics?, and same question if whole house protected by rcd? sorry hope thats better
