Bosch D/washer SGS4332GB/17 ends cycle but dishes are wet

My Bosch dishwasher finishes its program but the dishes are still wet and are cold. I tried a test by pressing the Normal 65 and Eco 50 buttons together and started the Quick 35 program. When this had finished the Eco 50 button was flashing but I can't find what this means anywhere. I can't find a service manual for this model online.
