Bosch Maxx WFL2450 not draining or spining

Hi there,

I did 2 loads of normal washing today, all went well.
3rd load went in, (bathmats fluffy) and it started making funny noises. Washing cycle 'supposedly finished' but the finished light was blinking. Washing was still wet, water was still in the drum.

Thats what i did. Water drained, filter cleaned ...

But, there is a fan like thing/screw at the back of the filter? This was loose, came off/out when i took out the filter (round thing at teh front).
Tried to place it back securely, filter in, machine back on. And aaarrggg it makes a racket! Opened the filter up again, and that screw is off again.

Does anyone know what to do or is it broken?

It's called a pump impeller that's wot has sheared of. a new pump is req try eBay or google it. Easy to fit as well.

Ordered and received a new pump, now to put the pump in....

Lets see if i can find a manual online somewhere. If anyone has a link, would be much appreciated!
