Hi have a Bosch SRS4302 GB Dishwasher and where you put the Tablet in on the door is sometimes hard to keep closed, and pops open all the time during the wash cycle throwing the tablet into the base. Is it supposed to do this? and if not the holder looks like a complete unit is it easy to get one and replace it or is it a callout job?.
We got given the machine when it was just over a year old, so I reckon it must be about 3 to 4 years now.
