Bosh Maxx taking ages to complete cycle.

Our Bosch Maxx WFL 2860 (and old one) has never missed a beat in 10 or 11 years, but just recently is taking about two and a half hours to complete a wash cycle on economy.
It still washes and performs ok but 2.5 hours for a wash, any Ideas or is it that time to start seeking a replacement.
Excellent machine though.
