I have a home studio that my mates and I have a jam in most wednesdays
we call it the matt cave
(my daughter comes round often too for karaoke partys )
hope to be doing some vids soon and sticking them on utube

Very much prefer an electric bass.
You need a deep thick bass sound especially if you are playing in a band. I speak as a drummer of 30 yrs experience BTW and only been on the bass for about 5 yrs.
yeah point taken bacho,it was mainly for use at home as I do a lot of acoustic these days.
